For the Customer Service department of our official import brands Peugeot, Citroën, DS, Opel and Leapmotor, we are looking to expand our team with a Business Intelligence Analyst.

Objective: To increase efficiency in the area of ​​customer service through the digitization and automation of all reporting needs and their ongoing optimization.

Your tasks

  • Responsible for the centralization, maintenance and further development of all KPI and reporting structures for after-sales management as well as other internal and operational units.

  • Conception and implementation of business intelligence solutions (Power BI) for data-driven management of performance, efficiency and profitability

  • Responsibility for the analysis, optimization and automation of processes in the area of ​​after-sales and customer service.

  • Preparation and presentation of management reports, business cases and decision-making documents for the management board.

  • Creation of forecasts, budgets and performance analyses to support sales and profit management.

  • Managing the sales analyses of the Swiss dealer network and responsible for the payment of all performance bonuses.

  • Process monitoring using KPIs, identification of optimization potential and derivation of concrete recommendations for action

  • Integration of external stakeholder data into internal systems for enhanced analysis of market, dealer and customer data, as well as for defining strategic goals and benchmarks.

  • Management of strategic integration projects for new brands in the aftersales sector

Your profile

  • Completed university degree (University/University of Applied Sciences) in Business Administration, Business Informatics or a comparable higher professional qualification with a focus on Controlling/Finance
  • Professional experience in controlling, business intelligence or data analytics, ideally in the automotive or aftersales sector.

  • Expert knowledge of Microsoft Power BI (data modeling, DAX, visualization) and very good Excel skills

  • Experience with databases (e.g., SQL) and understanding of interface integration (ETL processes)

  • Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g. SAP) is an advantage.

  • Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills

  • A strong affinity for numbers, coupled with the ability to present complex data in a way that is understandable for management (data storytelling).

  • Assertiveness and strong communication skills at all hierarchical levels

  • Proactive, independent work style ("driver mentality") and enjoyment of change

  • Excellent German and English language skills; French is an advantage.
