Job Description

Your tasks

  • You design and implement scalable AI architectures for enterprise environments from concept to production.

  • You translate complex business requirements into technical AI solutions, create solution designs, and select suitable AI services, tools, and frameworks.

  • You will integrate Foundation Models (OpenAI, Anthropic, Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock) and Open Source Models (Llama, Mistral, Mixtral) and develop customized applications and APIs in Python based on them.

  • You will use prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and RAG architectures to design agentic AI systems with autonomous agents and multi-agent architectures.

  • You design, implement and test scalable AI services in cloud and hybrid environments and establish MLOps processes for automation, monitoring and continuous improvement.

  • You will take on the technical leadership in cross-functional AI projects, support teams as a mentor, and advise clients on AI strategies, roadmaps, and suitable use cases.

  • You will guide proof-of-concepts through to successful productive implementation.

Your profile

  • You have one to several years of experience in the integration and orchestration of AI/LLM services (OpenAI API, Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock) as well as open-source models.

  • You have sound knowledge of Python and experience with LLM frameworks (LangChain, Semantic Kernel, LlamaIndex).

  • You have experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP), container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes), MLOps tools, CI/CD pipelines (Git, GitLab) and Linux/Unix systems.

  • You can communicate technical concepts clearly to various stakeholders.

  • Ideally, you have experience in consulting and in the technical leadership of teams.

  • You have knowledge of data warehousing, BI and ML technologies (e.g. Databricks, Snowflake, MLflow, Airflow, Kubeflow) and experience with Vector databases, RAG implementations, Agentic AI patterns, as well as AI governance, compliance frameworks and enterprise AI security.

  • You are familiar with AI development platforms (Azure AI Foundry, AWS Bedrock, Jupyter Notebooks) and frameworks such as Model Context Protocol (MCP).

  • AI-relevant certifications (e.g., Azure AI Engineer Associate, AWS Certified AI Practitioner) round off your profile.
