YOUR CHALLENGE

• Co-design and monitor bank-wide data product standards and processes

• Work closely with representatives from the front office business units and supporting business functions like legal, compliance, finance, operations Enterprise Architecture and IT

• Enable and co-create with business data models according to company, industry and architectural standards

YOUR PROFILE

• Earned a university degree or equivalent, preferably in science, business informatics, banking or finance

• Several years of experience in metadata management, data dictionary, information architecture, data lineage, data modelling and business glossary

• Proven track record working in the financial industry / banking industry

• Acquainted working with data modelling and data management tools in general (data dictionary, data lineage, etc.)

• Strong at collaborating and influencing, building an effective stakeholder network across divisions and regions

• Comfortable in challenging the status quo and manage escalations on every level

• Great teammate, who is fun to work with and drives the change naturally

• Fluent in English, German would be an advantage
