Artificial Intelligence Manager

Banque Cantonale de Fribourg is continuing its digital transformation and placing artificial intelligence at the heart of its future strategy.
We are looking for a visionary and pragmatic AI Manager, capable of translating the potential of AI into concrete and responsible solutions, serving our clients and employees.

At the crossroads of technology, strategy and regulation, you will define the bank's AI vision, manage the roadmap, and lead the AI ​​working group bringing together expertise from all business lines.

Your main missions

• Define the bank's AI strategy and governance and ensure its operational implementation.
• Establish and follow a clear and actionable roadmap, aligned with business priorities and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate and lead the AI ​​working group, promoting collaboration between IT, business, compliance and risk management.
• Identify, prioritize and support the development of high value-added AI use cases (predictive analysis, automation, customer relations, etc.).
• Ensure governance, ethics and regulatory compliance of AI projects.
• Promote a culture of innovation and data within the bank.
• Ensure strategic and technological monitoring of trends and regulatory developments related to AI.
• Create and maintain a registry of AI models and tools (model catalog, associated risks, performance, etc.) as well as associated documentation.

Your profile

• Higher education in computer science, data science, artificial intelligence or deemed equivalent.
• Proven experience in the field of AI, data or digital innovation, ideally in a regulated environment.
• Proven skills in managing cross-functional projects and coordinating multidisciplinary teams.
• Good understanding of governance, ethics and compliance issues related to AI.
• Analytical mind and strategic vision, combined with a concrete and results-oriented approach.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a variety of audiences.
• Experience in the banking or financial sector preferred.
• Experience in digital assets or blockchain would be an asset.
• Fluency in French with good knowledge of German and/or English.
