Junior Cybersecurity Engineer - Security Operations (w/m/d)

• Security Operations under construction: You will work closely with experienced engineers and help set up and expand our SOC (Security Operations Center).
• Hands-on with top technologies: Crowdstrike, Tenable.SC, IBM QRadar, Microsoft 365 Defender, Sentinel, KnowBe4, Proofpoint – with us you can get directly involved.
• Analysis & Response: You support the monitoring of security-relevant events, process incidents, and help to proactively identify and mitigate risks.
• Compliance matters: You will learn about regulatory requirements such as FINMA RS 2023/1 & 2018/3 and implement them in your day-to-day security operations.
• Customer contact included: You will have direct contact with customers – as part of our promise of transparency, Swissness and security.
• Participation desired: Contribute your ideas – in processes, in automation, in the further development of the service offering.

• Initial experience in IT security or system operations (e.g., during studies, internships, or as a working student)
• Interest in security operations topics, incident response and threat intelligence
• Willingness to familiarize yourself with complex topics – from EDR to SIEM to M365 Security
• Very good German skills, good English skills (for communication with the company)
• Willingness to learn and a team mindset – you want to grow with us
