• Computer science education (Bachelor, Master or equivalent experience)
• Experience in building and operating LLM/ML models up to production
• Optimizing the scalability of models and systems
• Anomaly detection with dashboards and alerts
• Continuous monitoring and improvement of the ML infrastructure
• Prototyping, model refinement and validation with company-specific data
• Modeling with common ML tools
• Technical management in projects
• Active engagement in the ML and data science community
• Passion for technological innovation and continuous improvement
• Open, inspiring and team-building personality
• Fluent German and English skills
