Job Description

To strengthen our team, we are looking for someone who is passionate about data structures and understands how to create a common understanding of master data management across departments and operations. As a hub, you will reduce complexity, standardize processes, and ensure data quality, availability, and consistency across all relevant systems.

Your challenges
  • Optimization and standardization of central MDM processes
  • Ensuring compliance with data governance guidelines and regulatory requirements
  • Ensuring the correct maintenance of data in cooperation with the data controllers
  • Sustainable improvement of data quality and use
  • Coordination of data maintenance with specialist departments and IT
  • Coordination and optimization of processes in cooperation with master data managers and product owners (e.g. PLM, ERP, CRM, PIM)
Your qualifications
  • Completed business studies with a focus on data management, business informatics or IT engineering.
  • Profound professional experience in MDM, IT architecture, system integration and process management.
  • In-depth knowledge of master data processes and data models.
  • Deep understanding of data quality, security and strategic data management.
  • Experience in data governance, business intelligence and industry.
  • Persuasiveness and assertiveness as well as intercultural agility.
  • Analytical thinking and systematic working methods.
  • Fluent German and very good written and spoken English skills.
