Job intro:

We're looking for a DevOps Engineer to join our Geneva team (partial remote). You'll manage cloud infrastructure and CI/CD automation to scale intelligent solutions globally.

Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines

- Automate deployment and provisioning using GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar tools

- Manage infrastructure on AWS (Lambda, EC2, S3, RDS, etc.)

- Optimize infrastructure performance, uptime, and cost

- Build and maintain secure, scalable pre-production and production environments

- Ensure high availability of critical services

- Collaborate with development teams to align on performance and scalability needs

- Monitor logs and performance using Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, or Datadog

- Implement Infrastructure as Code using Terraform or CloudFormation

- Write scripts in Python, Bash, or Go to support automation workflows

- Apply security best practices in cloud and access management

- Improve compliance and system resilience

- (Bonus) Support Azure cloud services

- (Bonus) Use config management tools like Ansible, Chef, or Puppet

- You’re a DevOps enthusiast who thrives on automation, optimization, and scalable cloud systems.

Profile criteria:

- Must: Minimum 3 years of experience in a DevOps or Infrastructure role

- Must: Proficient in AWS services (Lambda, EC2, S3, RDS...)

- Must: Strong CI/CD experience using tools like GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or GitLab CI

- Must: Skilled in Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration

- Must: Familiar with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation)

- Must: Comfortable with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or Datadog)

- Fluent in English, both written and spoken

- Autonomous, detail-oriented, and proactive

- Solid scripting abilities (Python, Bash, Go is a plus)

- Security-focused with a sense of ownership and accountability

- Team player with excellent communication skills

- Bonus: Experience with Azure

- Bonus: Familiar with configuration tools like Ansible, Chef, or Puppet
