As an IAM Product Owner & Solution Engineer, you will be part of Implenia's Security Operations team and responsible for the secure operation and further development of the Identity and Access Management platform and its interfaces to peripheral systems such as SAP, Success Factors, Active Directory, and ServiceNow. In this position, you will coordinate IAM process requirements with contacts from HR, business, compliance, and IT and support implementation projects with our external partners. You will work at our new location in the Ambassador House in Zurich-Opfikon and from your home office.

• You will work closely with HR, business, and compliance, analyze requirements, and actively shape the IAM roadmap.
• You will ensure that our IAM platforms and interfaces function smoothly and drive the technical integration of the Implenia Group's solutions into a central IAM platform.
• Release planning and coordination of maintenance work and IAM projects are also part of your responsibilities – you will work with external partners, internal IT teams and business representatives.
• You develop and maintain technical interfaces to ensure that the IAM platform functions securely and efficiently.
• You are responsible for creating and maintaining user documentation and test scripts.
• You provide IAM reports for internal stakeholders and audits.

This is what you bring with you:

• You have successfully completed a degree in computer science (HF/FH) as well as additional training in cybersecurity and have several years of experience with enterprise-level IAM/IGA solutions (MidPoint and Omada are advantageous)
• In the role of Product Owner of IT platforms, you have already gained experience and are familiar with security aspects of software development as well as information security standards such as ISO27001
• Your communication skills are top-notch, you work in a solution-oriented manner and enjoy optimising processes when working with diverse and demanding target groups
• You also have experience in the technical coordination of IT projects with internal and external suppliers
• As a team player, you bring strong conceptual and analytical skills as well as solid technical skills (Active Directory, Azure Entra ID, PowerShell, SQL databases, MS Graph, Windows Server, Ubuntu Linux – MSSQL and PostgreSQL are advantageous)
• Your very good German and English skills complete your profile
