• Deliver AI-enabled applications to customers within the European region.

• Co-define and drive the long-term vision and strategy for AI applications that span edge devices to cloud, aligning with the company’s business objectives.

• Advanced degree (Master’s or Ph.D.) in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.

• 10+ years of experience in AI/ML, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or principal role.

• Proven track record of designing, developing, and deploying AI applications at scale in production environments that use embedded devices.

• Extensive experience with AI/ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) and programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, Scala).

• Deep knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and AI/ML services and embedded frameworks for deploying analytics to constrained devices.

• Experience delivering AI-enabled products in regulated environments.

• Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to tackle complex, ambiguous challenges.
• Strong educational abilities, with a focus on coaching high-performing teams.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, DevOps practices, and project management tools.

• Experience in safety-critical industries such as healthcare or life safety.
• Knowledge of ethical AI practices, regulatory compliance, and responsible AI frameworks.
• A strong publication record or contributions to the AI/ML community (e.g., research papers, open-source projects).
