As Head of Sales, you and your team will inspire our existing and new customers with Oneconsult Cyber Security Services, thereby strengthening their cyber resilience. Together, we will drive the market and set high standards.
- You are an experienced and successful salesperson with a passion for cyber security and set new market standards with your team
- You lead, coach and motivate your team to exceed ambitious goals together
- You are responsible for the efficient and effective implementation of the sales strategy and actively shape it
- You identify and exploit new opportunities through market and customer analyses
- You ensure high data and service quality in the sales process and independently implement identified optimizations
- You are in close contact with internal business and service units (e.g. Marketing, Finance, Red Teaming, Incident Response, Cyber Resilience Consulting)
- You are responsible for presenting our services to customers, at trade fairs and events
- You negotiate successfully and ensure the conclusion of contracts at C-level
- You create reports to monitor and control sales figures

What you bring with you
As a motivating leader with an exemplary can-do attitude and extensive sales experience, your qualified profile includes the following:
- Proven success in B2B sales
- Successful sales experience in cyber security or IT services
- Experience in team management combined with leadership qualities
- Strong communication and presentation skills as well as negotiation skills
- Strategic and structured approach throughout the entire sales cycle
- Good sense of customer needs and trends in the cyber security market
- Relevant network in the DACH region is an advantage
- Confident German and English, both spoken and written
- Impeccable reputation (proof by means of a current criminal and debt collection register extract)
