Qualifications

What is your profile?

  • You have a background in cybersecurity at Bac +5 level/Engineering school
  • You have significant technical experience in IAM of more than 5 years, notably with the Saviynt solution, SailPoint, CyberArk or Okta
  • You have mastered the concepts of identity management, access control and governance.
  • You have a good knowledge of identity management protocols (SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, LDAP, SCIM) and security standards and regulations (SOX, GDPR, ISO 27001, NIST)
  • You have experience in integrating IAM solutions with various systems (Cloud, On-premise, ERP, Active Directory, etc.).
  • You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • You have the ability to work in a team and collaborate with the company's various stakeholders.
  • You hold an IAM certification but also CISSP or CISM is a plus
  • You have more functional experience which is a plus because we are essentially looking for a technical profile in the administration of IAM solutions.

Responsibilities

What are you going to do?

As an IAM (Identity & Access Management) Expert, specializing in solutions such as Saviynt, SailPoint, CyberArk and Okta, you will join our identity security and governance team. Specifically, you will be responsible for:

  • Design, implement and administer IAM solutions
  • Manage approval workflows, identity governance, and access roles
  • Ensure the configuration, integration and maintenance of the IAM solution with existing IT systems.
  • Monitor and optimize access control policies and compliance audits.
  • Collaborate with security, IT, and compliance teams to ensure effective identity and access management.
  • Perform risk analyses and suggest improvements to IAM security policies.
  • Provide support and technical assistance to users and internal teams.
  • Monitor market trends and developments in IAM solutions to ensure technological monitoring.
