You are a passionate software developer with solid engineering skills. Together with your teammates, you analyze, conceptualize, and develop new functionalities based on current technology standards. You maintain, expand, and modernize existing software components. You are equally at home in the backend, frontend, and possibly also in the (web) environment.

YOUR TASKS

  • Implementation of features & stories from the complete development cycle - starting with design to go live
  • Continuously expand and improve our products in collaboration with the product owners as well as other software developers and testers
  • Ensure maintainability, testability and code quality
  • Promoting and challenging junior engineers

WHAT MAKES YOU SPECIAL

  • Completed computer science degree from a university of applied sciences/ETH or equivalent qualification
  • 3-5 years of professional experience in agile software development with solid knowledge of Java technologies
  • Solid knowledge of web technologies (Angular, HTML5/CSS, TypeScript, etc.) and experience with developing RESTful services
  • Solid know-how in the following topics: architecture, design patterns and modern software engineering practices (Scrum, Clean Code, Clean Architecture...)
  • Advantageous initial knowledge in the area of ​​containerization and cloud technologies
  • Abstract thinking skills and systematic approach
  • Team player with good communication and organizational skills
  • Technical know-how in the area of ​​BVG is an advantage but not a must
