(Senior) Data Consultant / Data Scientist

As a data scientist/data consultant for our sustainability product, you will support us in expanding this strategic business area and accompanying our customers into the connected real estate world of tomorrow. We place particular emphasis on a strong customer focus.

Your tasks:

• You will advise our customers as a competent contact person, record requirements, and develop technical solution concepts for process digitalization and data analysis – with a focus on sustainability.
• You will independently develop and optimize data-driven products using Python, R, and SQL. You will also use visualization tools such as Power BI to display KPIs.
• You will integrate our data products into our customers' system landscapes and be responsible for setting up and implementing efficient deployment processes – ideally also on Azure.
• You will participate in presales activities, prepare offers, cost estimates, and technical concept papers – together with our project management.
• You will be actively involved in the technical development of our sustainability product – from data architecture to the calculation of ESG metrics and deployment.

Your background:

• You have a university degree in business informatics, computer science, data science or a comparable qualification with IT and data relevance and ideally industry knowledge in real estate management
• You have sound knowledge of relevant programming languages ​​such as Python, R, SQL and possibly Power BI
• You have a high affinity for the digitalization and automation of processes
• You combine technical and communicative competence with a strong business understanding
• You are looking forward to new challenges, technologies and contacts with specialist departments
• You are interested in the technical implementation of sustainability solutions and ESG data
• Desirable, but not mandatory: You have knowledge of the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) and Azure components (Functions, Pipelines, Dataflows)
• A plus: You have experience in frontend development (e.g. React, HTML/CSS)
