AMAG Import AG is the most successful automobile importer in Switzerland with the brands Volkswagen, Audi, SEAT, CUPRA, Škoda and VW Commercial Vehicles.
For our Pricing, Planning & Analytics department in the data management area at our headquarters in Cham ZG, we are looking for a strong leader with IT affinity and a high level of initiative as Team Leader Data 80-100% .

What you can achieve with us

  • You lead the data team both technically and disciplinarily (7 employees, 1 trainee)
  • You are responsible for compliance with defined processes and the continuous optimization of workflows within the team
  • You are responsible for material master data management (ensuring material master data quality, organizing and prioritizing time-critical tasks, defining master data KPIs, integrating suppliers into the master data and planning process)
  • You monitor the correct reporting of hazardous substances/preparations as well as the functionality of relevant interfaces (VW Group, suppliers and AMAG systems)
  • You will assume project or sub-project management for cross-departmental projects in the areas of master data management, hazardous substance data management, robotic process automation, migration to SAP S4/HANA and interfaces to suppliers

This is what you bring with you

  • Completed studies in (business) informatics, business administration or related fields
  • 3 - 4 years of management experience, ideally in IT project management / data
  • You have an end-to-end process understanding and can record, represent and optimize processes and relationships across departments
  • Data models, databases and IT architectures are familiar topics for you
  • You ideally have a very good understanding of SAP processes (e.g. as a power user or product owner) or in-depth knowledge of another ERP system as well as SQL application knowledge
  • Analytical, logical and networked out-of-the-box thinking
  • Fluent German language skills, very good English skills and good knowledge of French and Italian
