Elektronik Software Engineer/in (m/w/d)

In this role you are an Electronics Software Engineer in a multidisciplinary team of 21 members

jointly responsible for the successful new and further development of our versatile products.

Your main tasks:

  • Development and testing of software for embedded devices and microcontrollers
  • Planning and implementation of Business Intelligence (BI) solutions and data analyses
  • Conducting requirements analyses and creating software designs, architectures and test concepts
  • Technical clarifications and development of prototypes
  • Taking over technical project management and coordination of development projects

Your profile:

  • Completed studies in electrical engineering, computer science or a comparable field

Specialization

  • Profound experience in embedded software development (C, ideally also Python, C++)
  • Practical knowledge of microcontrollers, ideally with Nordic Semiconductor SoCs of the nRF52 series and BLE technology
  • Solid understanding of electronics and analog circuits
  • Enjoy varied tasks and technical challenges
  • Independent, structured and goal-oriented way of working
  • Very good written and spoken German and English skills

You are a highly motivated and team-oriented individual with a technical background as an electrical engineer or a related degree at least at the bachelor's level. You enjoy working in a multidisciplinary, all-round environment and see it as an enriching experience to generate new, innovative solutions as part of a team.

You're not afraid of getting involved in other disciplines such as design, mechanics, optics, or process engineering. You enjoy learning new things, actively participate in project and team development, and aren't afraid to build prototypes independently.
