To support the business development and growth of our division through data-based business and market analyses, we are looking for you as a Business intelligence and data analytics specialist / 50-60% .

We would like to entrust you with these varied and responsible tasks :

• Business and market analysis, market research and intelligence
• Data-based insights, e.g. from CRM and CXM systems to support decision-making and business growth
• Collection and management of market data
• Development of business intelligence tools, KPIs and dashboards as well as their performance measurement and administration
• Support in demand generation and expansion of the sales pipeline
• Administration of CXM systems as well as user support and training

Your qualifications:

• Completed training in the field of data science and/or business intelligence and analytics
• Experience with MS Dynamics 365 CRM and ERP modules, Microsoft Power BI and Power Automate as well as knowledge of CX systems
• Knowledge of English is mandatory, other languages, especially German, are an advantage
• Team-oriented personality with an independent and precise way of working
