As an independent service provider for Swiss pension funds, we invest in real estate. We create living and working spaces throughout Switzerland. Our 75 employees manage a real estate portfolio worth more than CHF 14 billion and are making it fit for an environmentally and climate-friendly future.

Product Owner Data Platform & Data Management (w/m/d, 80–100%)

• Further develop and implement the company-wide data and analytics strategy.
• Anchoring data management, data governance and data quality in all areas of the company.
• Collaborate with business units to prioritize, plan, and implement data-driven solutions.
• Coordination of external software developers in the context of Microsoft Fabric, semantic models, the connection of data sources as well as the development of reports, dashboards, analyses and other data solutions.
• Managing overall projects for data-based initiatives.
• Promoting a data-oriented culture within the company.
• Development and optimization of reports, visualizations and interactive data solutions.
• Monitoring trends in data management and AI to identify new use cases.

What you bring with you

• Completed specialist training in the field of (business) information technology, business administration or comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in some of the following areas: Data Intelligence, Data Architecture, Data Analytics, working with Data Warehouses / Data Lakes / Lakehouses, Data Management, Data Engineering, Data Science, Report Development, Business Intelligence, Data Governance, Statistics
• Very good knowledge of PowerBI, Microsoft Fabric, or similar technologies. Knowledge of Azure DevOps is an advantage.
• Experience in project management, agile product/project development (SCRUM), business analysis, requirements engineering and stakeholder management
• Industry experience in the real estate or finance sector is an advantage
• High degree of independence and personal responsibility
• Willingness to take on responsibility and familiarize yourself with new topics
• Very good knowledge of German (C2), very good knowledge of English (C1), French is an advantage
