Job Description

The Digital Real Estate department is responsible for the conception, technical specification, and further development of real estate digitization projects and their processes. It assumes the role of critical auditor, verifying whether the requirements specified by the real estate department are compatible with the strategic guidelines of real estate and ICT, advising the entire real estate department on digitization issues, and translating the requirements into a technical specification, which is then submitted to ICT, where it is translated into a technical specification.

Your job destination

  • You ensure that our data is clean, structured, and usable in the long term – from capture to the automation of quality assurance.
  • You optimize and digitize our data processes and actively drive automation.
  • You prepare data, consolidate it and make it sustainably usable for IT systems - always in close coordination with internal and external partners.
  • You define company-wide standards for efficient and consistent data management.
  • You will work hand in hand with IT and specialist departments to create a strong technical foundation for our data management.
  • You are the first point of contact for our departments and accompany them on their path to digital transformation.
  • You analyze, optimize, and further develop data structures – with the aim of increasing efficiency in property management.
  • You maintain an overview of relevant data KPIs and ensure transparency and controllability.

Your skills in your luggage

  • You have completed a degree in architecture, civil engineering, business informatics, real estate management or a comparable qualification.
  • You have at least four years of professional experience in data management, life cycle data management (LCDM), building information modeling (BIM) or a similar environment.
  • You have in-depth knowledge of digital solutions for the real estate sector, particularly in the areas of BIM, CAFM, ERP and cloud technologies.
  • You have experience in managing complex digitalization projects and developing strategic concepts.
  • Your analytical and conceptual skills are strong, and you have a deep understanding of digital business models and SaaS products.
  • You are an excellent communicator and are able to convey even complex topics clearly and understandably.
  • You are characterized by an entrepreneurial, agile mindset, have a high level of initiative and are a real team player.
  • Your German and English skills are fluent; additional language skills are an advantage.
