The staff service department at WAS IV Luzern is responsible for the management of internal business unit projects, for conducting internal and external seminars and courses, and for providing management support to the business unit management.
For our small team, we are looking for a flexible individual with an affinity for social insurance (by arrangement). This newly created position offers you a varied and challenging staff position with scope for creativity in a small team of specialists from different disciplines.
Your tasks
You will review the data entry in our specialist application and initiate corrective measures where necessary.
You will provide information to our business unit management about the origin of the numbers and work on the further development of the control cockpit.
You will prepare reports and presentations for the business unit management and support them in preparing for audits.
You will put the figures in the context of case management and, together with the head of staff services, define possible measures for further development.
You will represent the IV in various external committees in the field of statistics and exchange ideas with data managers from other IV offices and SVAs.
You will work on various projects.
You will further develop digital and efficient data processing in the business area.
You will support the Head of Staff Services in various quality management tasks.

 

Your skills:
You have a bachelor's degree (university/technical college, e.g., business administration, work and organizational psychology, data analyst, business informatics, or similar) or a basic vocational qualification with corresponding further training (BP/FH/HF).
You have basic knowledge of data management and analysis and 1-3 years of professional experience.
You are efficient, structured, and enjoy working in a small team of specialists from different disciplines.
You are characterized by your flexibility, communication skills, and independent working style.
You already have knowledge of the processes and procedures in a disability insurance scheme or are interested in gaining in-depth knowledge of them.
