As a Product Owner for our central prescription platform, you will drive digitalization in healthcare and integrate AI technologies to develop innovative solutions for efficient day-to-day operations in medical practices, care facilities, and home care organizations.

 

Product Vision & Strategy:

• Development and implementation of a clear roadmap for digital prescription software (e-prescription) with a focus on the integration of AI technologies and conversational bots. Additional involvement in the design of integration solutions for institutions and home care organizations to increase efficiency and user-friendliness.

Conversational Bot-Integration:

• Development and implementation of conversational bots to support medical practices and home care organizations to improve patient interaction and automate administrative processes.

Backlog-Management:

• Prioritizing requirements based on business value and customer feedback and optimizing decision-making processes.

Interface & Coordination:

• Close collaboration with development teams, business units, medical practices, and IT specialists to effectively implement and coordinate future-oriented solutions.

Quality, Compliance & AI Ethics:

• Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements as well as ethical standards when using AI in healthcare.

Strengthen

• Completed studies in business informatics, CAS in AI, business administration or comparable qualification, ideally with a focus on AI or data science.
• At least three years of experience as a product owner, ideally in healthcare with proven experience in implementing AI technologies and conversational bots.
• Profound experience in business analysis and requirements engineering, with a particular focus on AI-based solutions and bot integration.
• Affinity for contemporary software development including in-depth experience in the application of artificial intelligence and conversational bots for process optimization and decision support.
• Experience with agile methods (Scrum, Kanban) and tools (Jira, Confluence)
• Flair for leadership and project coordination of cross-departmental teams
• Strong communication skills, innovative spirit and hands-on mentality
• Fluent German skills, English is an advantage.
