YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Team development
You will lead the software development team for vehicle control systems for our special vehicles, which currently consists of 11 employees. As a coach and mentor, you will ensure a positive working atmosphere and provide targeted support and development to your employees.
Ensuring the appropriate resources
By coordinating with other disciplines such as electrical engineering, approval, or type testing, you will ensure smooth collaboration on projects. Your resource planning within the team by distributing work packages and staff scheduling ensures the most even utilization possible within the team.
Project business
If required, you will independently create concepts and specifications and actively participate in our customer projects. You will also evaluate our suppliers together with purchasing and make a significant contribution to cost optimization. You will support our bid team with solution concepts and effort estimates for offers.

You have a university degree in systems engineering, electrical engineering or computer science (FH/HF) or a comparable qualification. Your experience in technical IT (SW development process, PLC programming, etc.) rounds out your profile. Ideally, you have management experience in a similar role.
Leadership style
You connect with your employees through empathy and a feel for people. Several years of experience in technical IT (SW development process, PLC programming, bus systems) will help you understand the concerns of your team.
Spirit
You are a goal-oriented, team-oriented person with a structured way of working and a strong hands-on mentality.
