Job Description

As a senior-level IAM Consultant, you will have in-depth technical expertise with Sailpoint and at least three years of extensive experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions. You will be able to advise clients during the strategy and planning phases of their projects, provide technical support, and assist in selecting suitable solution components for implementing their optimal IAM architecture.

Your tasks

  • Requirements engineering, planning, conception and implementation of customer-specific solutions
  • Advising our customers on architecture, conception and implementation
  • Development, management and control of a junior in terms of his activities, know-how, reporting and billability
  • Integration and adaptation of additive solution components
  • Depending on the customer, project and technical focus: Taking over project management or sub-project management, implementation, testing and integration of solutions or leading the managed service team
  • Assistance in developing offers and acquiring new customers
  • Writing documentation
  • Knowledge exchange within the team

Your profile

  • Basic computer science training, further education (FH/UNI/ETH) is an advantage
  • Profound experience (at least 3 years) in IAM topics such as: Identity Management, Access Management and Single Sign-on (SSO), Provisioning, Zero Trust Architecture, User, Role and Authorization Management (RBAC / ABAC), Creation of Authorization Concepts, Role Mining / Role Governance, Application Access Governance (e.g. for SAP, S/4 HANA), Data Access Governance (e.g. for Teams, Sharepoint, MS 365), Cloud Privileged Access Management (e.g. for AWS, MS Azure, Salesforce etc.)
  • Very good knowledge of Sailpoint (at least Certified IdentityIQ Engineer), preferably another product or suite distributed by Axalon such as Evidian DirX, NEXIS, Saviynt, cidaas)
  • Ability to integrate and willingness to take on responsibility
  • Convincing appearance in one-on-one discussions and presentations
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel
  • Very good written and spoken German and English skills
  • Willingness to learn new technologies
