Job Description

As a Data Analyst, you will work closely with the product teams and analytics engineering to enable data-driven decisions. You will be responsible for tracking, reporting, and A/B testing, and derive concrete recommendations for action. With your technical expertise, you will ensure that our online shops are further developed in a data-driven and innovative way.

This is what awaits you

  • Deriving tracking and reporting requirements in collaboration with product teams and analytics engineering
  • Analysis of data sources and definition of requirements for analytics engineering, BI, PIM & Co.
  • Creation and maintenance of dashboards, reports and ad-hoc analyses (especially with Adobe Analytics)
  • Design and implementation of A/B tests (Adobe Target) to measure the impact of shop changes
  • Ensuring data quality and governance including setting up alerts and monitoring
  • Incident Management in the area of ​​data infrastructure & tracking together with analytics engineering & BI
  • Teaching data competence within the team and promoting data-based decisions
  • Monitoring trends and innovations in the data and analytics sector
  • Participation in the selection and implementation of new technologies and best practices

This is what you bring with you

  • At least 3 years of experience in digital/web analytics, engineering or similar fields
  • Experience with web analytics and A/B testing tools, ideally Adobe Analytics & Target
  • Knowledge of SQL (BigQuery), Python (Pandas), Excel and Google Sheets is an advantage
  • Technical understanding of web tracking (data layer, HTTP requests, cookies, etc.)
  • Ability to check tracking setups directly in the browser (Developer Tools)
  • Experience with agile methods such as Scrum or Kanban
  • Strong analytical skills and quick comprehension
  • Ability to communicate complex issues in an understandable way
  • Passion for innovation, technology and data-driven solutions
  • University degree in a relevant field and active participation in the data community
