Job Description
Responsible for setting up a company-wide data organization within LSZ for the efficient management and use of data.
Management of projects relating to the planning and management of data-related specifications in the areas of BIM2FM, data management, business intelligence and data quality, including time, resource and milestone planning.
Coordination and alignment with internal and external stakeholders to implement data-driven projects efficiently.
Support in data-related projects such as sustainable data management, including data cleansing, aggregation and integration.
Ensuring adequate communication with all relevant stakeholders.
Regular reporting and risk management for the attention of the management.

Completed studies in computer science, geoinformatics, business informatics or a related field.
Further training in data management (modeling, BI, etc.) is an advantage.
Several years of experience with data analysis, data cleansing and integration.
Proven project management experience (traditional as well as agile) in a similar function, in the real estate industry is an advantage.
Knowledge of data visualization and KPI development.
Strong communicative, analytical and conceptual skills. Skills, structured way of thinking and working
Good networking, enthusiasm and teamwork skills
