Job Description

To strengthen our team in Geneva, we are looking for a AI Engineer Data-focused Developer.

Responsabilities

  • Conduct experiments with LLMs and AI-driven workflows
  • Analyze model performance and propose optimizations
  • Explore AI engineering best practices for improving efficiency
  • Write well-structured, maintainable, and scalable code
  • Continuously monitor AI advancements and apply relevant innovations
  • Work collaboratively with domain experts to integrate AI solutions
  • Strong experience in one of the following languages: Python, Java, or TypeScript
  • Good working knowledge of Python (even if it’s not the primary language)
  • Experience handling and processing data
  • Strong interest in Artificial Intelligence and applied AI
  • Solid understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs)
  • Fluent English (spoken and written)
  • At least 2 years of experience in software development
  • Good understanding of software engineering design patterns to write maintainable, configurable, scalable, and high-performance code
  • Ability to work independently, learn autonomously, and quickly adapt to new technologies
  • Regularly stay up to date with advancements in Large Language Models and AI research
Is a plus :
  • Background in Data Science, Data Analysis, or Software Engineering
  • Comfortable working with structured and unstructured data
  • Experience with AI engineering techniques
  • Familiarity with Azure or other cloud platforms
  • French language skills (spoken and written)
  • Good understanding of Machine Learning concepts, particularly classification models
