Due to our steady growth and new customer projects, we are looking for reinforcements. Would you like to develop or expand your security expertise? Then we would be delighted if you would actively support and advance our Security Operation Center (SOC) and our customers!

Your field of activity

  • First point of contact and advisor for questions about our Managed Security services (projects, products and services) in the SOC team
  • Interface between customers and our internal teams such as SOC engineers
  • Responsible for ensuring service quality and customer satisfaction
  • Further development of the customer and their services
  • Taking over project management tasks from the kick-off meeting to the handover into daily business and its further development

Your profile

  • Professional experience in a customer environment (e.g. as a service manager, delivery manager or project manager) and would like to work in cyber security in the future
  • Basic technical knowledge in the field of computer science, interested in current cyber security topics
  • Planning, coordinating and documenting tasks in projects are among your strengths
  • You are a doer or have a corresponding hands-on mentality and are motivated to hit the keyboard yourself to implement projects
  • You are open, communicative, assertive and have the necessary service mentality when dealing with our customers
  • Team player, motivated to work in a young, dynamic team
  • Very good knowledge of German, good knowledge of English (spoken and written)
