At Inventx, you'll help shape the digital transformation in the finance and insurance industry. At the interface between IT and banking or insurance, you'll work with us to ensure our customers can rely on their modern platforms around the clock and are empowered for digital innovation.

Do you love diving into data, identifying complex relationships, and drawing valuable insights from them? Are you a problem solver who develops modern data and BI solutions and infrastructures with passion and creativity? Then you've come to the right place! In this role, you'll assume end-to-end responsibility for our BI processes. Your work will enable data-driven decision-making within our company and develop intelligent solutions using the latest technologies.

What is your creative space?

• You develop ETL routes and integrate data from various sources into our central data platform (Azure / Microsoft Fabric).
• You develop aggregated data models as a basis for analyses and reports.
• You are responsible for the solutions from conception through implementation to operation.
• You create clear and responsive dashboards and reports.
• You will contribute to the further development of our BI landscape. This includes managing the infrastructure, the continuous development of data standards, and data governance.

What do you bring with you?

• Higher professional education (ETH, UNI, FH or HF) & experience as a data scientist, data analyst or data engineer
• Confident use of common BI and ETL tools
• Solid knowledge of SQL, Python, PowerBI and DAX
• Ideally experience with Azure Data Factory and/or Microsoft Fabric
• Interest in learning new technologies and proactive working style
• Good technical understanding and strong ability to analyze complex relationships and derive solutions
• Very good written and spoken German skills
