Embedded Software Engineer Functional Safety 80–100% (f/m/d)

Your tasks

  • Developing, integrating, testing and documenting embedded software in C/C++ in the area of ​​functional safety and cybersecurity
  • Contribute to the design of software concepts and software architectures
  • Collaboration in the certification of safety-relevant systems according to EN 50128 / EN50657 / EN50716
  • Participate in the agile software development process in interdisciplinary teams

Your profile

  • Completed engineering degree (Bachelor, Master, PhD) in electrical engineering or a related field
  • Experience in embedded software development, ideally with embedded Linux and/or RTOS
  • Very good knowledge of the programming language C/C++
  • Experience in functional safety and safety-critical system development
  • Knowledge of RaSTA or STFTv4 is an advantage
  • Knowledge of Ethernet communication technologies
  • Knowledge in areas such as Jenkins and Python
  • Good written and oral communication skills in both German and English
