In this internship, you will have the opportunity to review, implement, and evaluate the latest machine learning models in the realm of process engineering and manufacturing. The nature of this position is inherently experimental and exploratory: you will dive into state-of-the-art neural network architectures, adapt them to our unique context in process engineering, and assess their performance against the real-world needs of our customers.
You will collaborate closely with a dedicated product team while also receiving guidance from ML engineers through regular meetings and knowledge-sharing sessions. In addition to researching and refining advanced ML approaches, you will occasionally contribute to the broader ML product lifecycle. Should your models prove successful, they may be integrated into our final product or prototype, offering a tangible impact on the cutting-edge solutions we deliver.
This role is based in Zurich. The duration at 100% workload is 6 months. The minimum workload is 80%, extending the duration accordingly.
