Job Description
Your tasks and perspectives
- Further development of reporting: Co-design of our reporting and business intelligence solutions, expansion of existing reports due to new requirements and development of new key performance indicator cockpits for company management
- Data analysis: Collecting, modeling and analyzing data from various systems and external sources to identify trends, patterns and deviations
- Performance reporting: Regularly preparing reports on key performance indicators and supporting management in interpreting the results
- Forecasting and modeling: Developing statistical models and forecasts to predict future performance trends and make recommendations for improvements
- Quality assurance: Monitoring and cleaning data quality and checking that all analyses and reports are based on reliable and accurate data
What you bring to this position
- Completed studies in statistics, computer science, business informatics or a related field
- Experience in data analysis and statistical modeling, ideally in healthcare
- Proven experience with SAP solutions such as SAP IS-H, SAP BW/4HANA (Hana Studio, BEx Query Designer) and SAP Analytics Cloud as well as sound knowledge of programming languages such as ABAP, SQL, R or Python
- Strong analytical skills to solve complex problems and communicate results clearly
- Teamwork skills to work effectively with different stakeholders
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in German and English
