As a Software Engineer, you will play a key part in designing, developing and maintaining software for our inspection robots and camera systems. We are seeking a talented and passionate software engineer to join our engineering team. Our Engineering team is comprised of mechanical, electrical and software engineers.

As a Software Engineer, you will be responsible for:

• Design & Develop control software including UI design in accordance with product or project needs.
• System testing of new hardware platforms.
• Support development of new camera and robotic systems.
• Bugfixes and feature updates to existing control software.
• Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering and design to testing and deployment.

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have a bachelor's or master’s degree in computer science or similar field.
• Have 2 to 3 years of work experience.
• Python and/or C++/C# programming experience.
• Familiarity with python libraries like numpy, scipy, PyQt
• Concurrent programming experience (e.g. threading, multiprocessing).
• Familiarity with Source code management systems like git.
• Software Design/Architecture patterns. [MVVM, MVC, pub-sub etc]
• Fluent in English.
• German language is a plus.
