In this role, you will take the lead in moving our data landscape to the cloud and developing new reporting solutions in the cloud. A job with a lot of personal responsibility and a big impact on our internal customers in the BI area.

This is what you achieve with us

As part of agile software development, you bring your DevSecOps experience and ideas in cloud development. Both conceptually and in concrete implementation, you are responsible for the current reports on-prem with SAP BO and pave the way for making our sales reports available in the cloud. You actively involve your team and help to empower other developers in cloud technologies.
You are familiar with modern technologies for data processing such as Databricks, Python, PLSQL and cloud-native architectures and know exactly how these can be used effectively to take our data landscape to the next level. You are responsible for the setup, development and operation in the lifecycle of both the SAP BO application and new reports with Power BI.
Together with other agile teams and stakeholders from different departments, you ensure stable reporting for our internal customers that meets quality standards. You enjoy working in a team, but you can also solve complex (data) problems independently.

This is what you bring with you

  • Completed studies in computer science, business informatics or technical studies with a focus on insurance and a strong interest in data and reporting
  • Familiar with data visualization tools and experience in business intelligence projects
  • Experience in managing SAP Businessobjects and Power BI is an advantage
  • Knowledge of Git & Microsoft Azure is a plus
  • Several years of experience in data modeling and data-intensive applications is an advantage
  • High communication and teamwork skills: “helping each other” is important to you
  • Fluent German and good English skills
