ERP PROCESS & DATA MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST
Your Mission:
Provide technical support on the use of ERP tools within the organization and ensure the management of computerized article data.

Your Responsibilities:
ERP Support – Data Management:
Train and support ERP users on best practices in processes and data management/usage while resolving first-level technical issues.
Collaborate with IT teams and users by analyzing existing processes and identifying opportunities for improvement.
Manage and optimize master data (product data) in the ERP system, ensuring its accuracy and consistency.
Propose modifications (configuration and customization) to the ERP system in order to align it with the company's requirements for product data management.
Participate in data integration and migration projects in the ERP.
Enter and ensure the integrity of the data entered in the ERP based on the information received by the various departments by following the related procedures and regulatory/quality requirements (data management).

Propose improvements in the operation and automation of supply chain processes at all levels (organization of flows, IT management, management of items, quantities and stocking, organization of storage areas, etc.) and participate in their implementation.
Provide support for all administrative activities in the logistics / supply chain sector and document operations in specific documents and software.

Requirements
Your Profile:
Commercial maturity or training deemed equivalent.
Significant experience of at least 3 years in a similar position in an industrial environment (ideally ISO or GMP) with mastered use of specific software (EDM and ERP).
Experience in ERP (master data management, logistics module and manufacturing order) as an experienced user (Proconcept a plus).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Organizational capacity, autonomy in work, versatile, precise and rigorous.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Fluent in French with a good level of English (B2).
