For our IT Departments, we are looking for a:
Windows DevOps Engineer
Your main missions:
- management of the bank's "middleware" hosted under Windows: Web and application servers (IIS, Apache httpd, Tomcat, etc.), schedulers (Windows, TWS, etc.), file transfer tools (MQ-FTE, Connect Direct, etc.) and some MS-SQL servers,
- industrialized management of the deployment and maintenance of agents and technical tools installed on all or part of the server fleet: Scripting, automation, updates, etc.,
- management of an application park under Windows: Installations, maintenance of a heterogeneous application park, with the publishers/integrators of these products,
- implementation of ad-hoc monitoring and self-remediation mechanisms: scripting, integration with monitoring/incident management tools,
- management of security aspects associated with these activities: Implementation and monitoring of security standards, incident analysis (CVE, deviations, etc.) and associated remediations,
- on-call duty and incident management associated with these activities.
Your technical skills:
- very good command of Windows and administration of Windows roles/services: IIS, Scheduling, Event Log, Terminal Server, Active Directory, etc.,
- significant experience in the installation and production management of applications (publisher product, internal development, etc.) under Windows,
- very good command of scripting under Windows: batch, PowerShell,
- mastery of associated production issues,
- knowledge of Ansible, Git: A serious asset,
- mastery of MS-SQL (installation, configuration, support), an asset,
- experience with Open Source application/web servers (Tomcat, Apache,…),
- experience with commercial file transfer and scheduler tools.
Your profile:
- higher education in computer science (Master's degree or equivalent) or significant learning/professional experience,
- experience in a similar IT production role with a strong focus on production management,
- strong interest in IT process automation and continuous improvement,
- strong analytical and structuring skills, solution orientation, sense of service and team spirit,
- fluency in French, good knowledge of English,
- Swiss resident or wish to reside in Switzerland, in order to participate in the on-call service.
