Your job in brief
- You design, program and document workload processes and scripts to automate recurring internal processes.
- You accept customer requirements and interpret them into a workload process.
- You analyze our tools, develop suggestions for automation, present them to the team and then implement them.
What to expect
Your tasks include the development, implementation and maintenance of scripts and tools to automate recurring processes. You identify optimization potential in existing procedures and processes and implement improvements. Another focus of your work is the automation and management of IT infrastructures. In addition, you support troubleshooting and the analysis of automated processes and workflows.
This is how you can join us:
- You work closely with developers and operations teams to define and implement requirements for automation solutions.
- You are responsible for ensuring scalability and reliability by designing and implementing solutions that ensure operations even as data volumes or the number of users grow.
- You program and maintain scripts in languages such as Bash and Powershell.
- You work with modern cloud services and container platforms (OpenShift) and are responsible for the management and automation of containers and workloads.
- You support the automation of batch processes for internal and external customers, as well as the optimization and monitoring of central batch job workflows.

Your qualifications:
- completed IT training or comparable qualification
- several years of experience as a DevOps or workload engineer
- practical knowledge in the field of automation and central batch processing, ideally with the product Streamworks
- very good knowledge of scripting languages such as Powershell, Python and ideally Bash
- Solid knowledge of Linux and Windows environments, knowledge of OpenShift is a plus
- very good German and fluent English
