We are looking for a Communication & Mobilization Specialist within the Marketing/Fundraising department from March 2025 at our headquarters in Zurich

Data Analyst:in focus online 70%

These are your main tasks:

  • Integration of new online data sources (server side tracking, GA4, CMS, etc.) and recognition of patterns for process improvement
  • Evaluation of relevant key figures from fundraising campaigns as well as provision of analytical reports, evaluations as well as definition and optimization of the online journey
  • Support and constant expansion of the processes of our CRM software together with internal and external partners
  • Cooperation with external service providers in the implementation of online fundraising activities
  • Shared responsibility for the allocated budget including control
  • Targeted address selection for national marketing and fundraising activities

Ideally, you will bring with you:

  • University degree (university/technical college); or several years of experience as a data analyst
  • Solid SQL knowledge available, experience with ERP/CRM software is an advantage
  • Affinity to online data in the area of ​​e-commerce and analytics
  • Ability to collect, evaluate and present data methodically and precisely
  • Mediating, communicative personality with assertiveness for multiple activities at the same time
  • Strong user knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and Power BI
  • Fluent German and knowledge of French is an advantage
