For our IT Departments, we are looking for a:

Mainframe Middleware Specialist – Mainframe DevOps Engineer (m/f)

Your main missions:

  • participate in the installation, configuration and support of our development tools on Mainframe (CA-GEN),
  • participate in the installation, configuration and support of associated tools on Windows servers,
  • ensure monitoring of developments, production launches of developments carried out with these tools (programs and databases) and application support,
  • draft and maintain the documentation and procedures necessary for the operation, development and maintenance of the products under his responsibility,
  • provide the necessary support to IT development teams to ensure the evolution and availability of applications,
  • provide exceptional on-call services to guarantee production launches, service availability and system maintenance,

Your technical skills:

  • spécialiste Mainframe : TSO, REXX, REXX ISPF, REXX DB2, CICS, COBOL,
  • confirmed expert in development in a Mainframe CICS/Cobol/DB2 environment,
  • very good knowledge of software management in a Windows environment,
  • concepts: SQL Server, Access, RACF, C, Rest, Java and Unix,
  • knowledge of the CA-GEN/GuardIEn development environment, a plus.

Your profile:

  • advanced degree in computer science (Master or equivalent),
  • 5-10 years experience in a Mainframe application integration role,
  • hands-on experience installing and configuring Windows software and level 3 technical support,
  • ability to provide on-call services and production support outside of business hours and weekends if required,
  • sense of responsibility, rigor and autonomy,
  • solution orientation, sense of service, team spirit,
  • fluent French and very good command of English,
  • Swiss resident or wish to reside in Switzerland.
