AI Consultant/Data Scientist – Python/Java/SAFe/Cloud

Background: For our customer, we are looking for an experienced AI Consultant/Data Scientist to further develop and implement centralized and decentralized (Gen)AI use cases. The position will be part of the team that specializes in the implementation of technical requirements in the field of artificial intelligence and cloud solutions. This team follows a dynamic, use case-based approach and works closely with the security and architecture departments to provide innovative AI solutions.

Main tasks:

* Further development of the central (Gen)AI platform
* Translating business requirements into technical requirements for platform development.
* Collaboration on the technical conception through effort estimates, business case creation and prioritization.
* Coordination with the security and architecture departments to realize the solution architecture
* Conception and implementation of decentralized (Gen)AI use cases
* Development of the technical conception of AI use cases in collaboration with the solution architect and, if necessary, the DevOps team.
* Preparation of feasibility studies and effort estimates to support decision-making.

Requirements:
* Developer experience: Solid knowledge of programming languages ​​such as Python, Java, C++ or other relevant languages
​​* AI platform knowledge: Experience in the design and implementation of a (Gen)AI platform with a focus on architecture and security.
* Use case experience: Competencies in the development of (Gen)AI use cases, especially in Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and applications such as internal ChatGPT solutions.
* DevOps and SAFe experience: Experience working in DevOps teams, ideally in the SAFe Essential framework.
* Cloud and AI know-how: Very good knowledge of cloud and (Gen)AI technologies, especially in Azure Cloud Services (e.g. OpenAI Services, AI Search, Document Intelligence) and API Management.
* Professional experience in a Swiss financial institution, preferably in the cloud area.
* Dynamic way of working: Experience in a use case-oriented approach and enjoyment of working in a dynamic environment.

* Fluent German (level C1 – C2)
* Fluent English
