What you’ll be doing
You will be working in Asset Management CTO organization to create Northstar vision for Standardizing AM AI adoption and practices. You will be leading an exert CoE team in the field of AI to accelerate the AI adoption journey for AM. This will be based on 5 pillars that you will pioneer - Strengthen the Foundation, Value Led AI Use Cases, Scaling AI with Factory, Talent Transformation and Be Responsible By Design. The objectives you will achieve are
  • accelerating innovation and scaling cutting-edge Generative AI (Gen AI) solutions
  • deepening AI integration across various aspects of the bank's operations
  • prioritizing a customer-centric approach by leveraging AI to enhance customer experiences

Your team

You’ll work as part of the AM CTO function who focus on the Asset Management technology enablement and governance, standardization, consultations and collaboration. We are spread across Switzerland, UK and India with architects aligned to AM Streams and Cloud Adoption. You’ll be joining us in Asset Management Technology, a wider, truly diverse and global team of around 1,000 people in all corners of the globe. Your expertise

  • establish core principles and infrastructure for a responsible and secure AI platform including:
o defining ethical guidelines for AI development and deployment
o implementing robust security measures to safeguard data and systems
o establishing clear governance structures for AI decision-making
  • experience with LLMs especially Open AI GPT models, Machine learning and data analytics
  • it will be desirable to have experience in the field of Asset Management
  • it will be advantageous to have knowledge on Azure technologies like, Azure Storage, AKS, Azure SQL, Azure Postgres etc.
It is likely that you are educated to an equivalent level of bachelor's or master's degree focusing on a technical subject such as computer science or engineering with a IT experience of 18 years with minimum 5 years with AI.
