What you can do with us

At Ergon, we develop customized AI solutions for data extraction with LLMs.

• Your task is to adapt smaller LLMs for such problems and thus reduce costs and resource consumption.
• To do this, you use suitable methods such as efficient fine-tuning with qLoRA, optimize the inference pipeline of the models on GPUs in the cloud and follow FinOps principles.
• You will gain a comprehensive insight into the practical application of machine learning technologies.
• You can put your theoretical knowledge directly into practice.

You already have that

• Completed Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (ETH/Uni/FH) or comparable course of study
• Good understanding of algorithms & data structures
• Experience in development with Python as well as basic knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes or Cloud is a plus
• Basic knowledge of machine learning and experience in NLP are also an advantage
