We are looking for an IT employee who is enthusiastic about technology and willing to learn new things. As Head of IT Strategy / DevOps, you will play a key role in the design and implementation of our IT strategy and processes.
Tasks
- development and management of the global IT strategy
- Definition of policies and objectives in close alignment with the company's business objectives.
- Responsibility as process owner for global IT processes
- Design and optimization of interfaces between IT and other business areas to ensure smooth processes.
- Function as IT Security Manager (CISO)
- Taking responsibility for IT security in the company.
- Planning and conducting internal (cyber) security audits to ensure the highest security standards.
- Coordination between IT, development, management and other departments
- Support in the evaluation and introduction of new tools.
- Creation of proof-of-concepts with subsequent handover to operational IT operations.
- Planning and conducting training courses and introducing new engineering tools in collaboration with the IT department.
qualification
- Completed studies in computer science, business informatics, IT management or a comparable field.
- Several years of professional experience in management positions within IT, ideally in the areas of IT strategy, DevOps or IT security management.
- Knowledge of modern IT architectures and technologies, including containerization (e.g. Docker, LXC), CI/CD pipelines, networking and automation tools.
- Experience in IT security management (CISO), especially in the development and monitoring of cybersecurity strategies.
- Quick comprehension and willingness to learn new topics.
- Precise work, independent and conscientious working style.
- Analytical skills and a structured approach to complex F
