In this challenging role, you are responsible for monitoring security measures throughout the software development process. The goal is to ensure that the software is designed and developed securely from the start and throughout all development phases - "Secure by Design". In this role, you work closely with developers, architects and other departments to define, implement and continuously improve security requirements. Your tasks include:
- Introduction of a Security Development Lifecycle («Secure by Design») in coordination with the other departments and anchored in ICT governance
- Providing standards for the design of new and further development of existing services
- Support of projects and line projects: Determine protection requirements and develop security design
- Engineering and implementation of security requirements within the software development process
- Define and ensure security tests
- Identification, recording, analysis, monitoring, assessment and management of risks for the department
- Support of the Change Manager regarding risk assessments for operational requests for changes

For this position, we are looking for a cheerful and dynamic person who is willing to continue to learn and learn new things. You have analytical skills and are quick to understand problems. In addition, you are flexible and work reliably, in a structured and independent manner. You also bring the following with you:
- Higher completed education in the field of business informatics and/or a degree from a university of applied sciences with a focus on cybersecurity / risk management
- At least five years of experience in cybersecurity or information risk management, including third-party risk management
- Certification such as CISSP, CISA or CRISC is an advantage
- Analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail
- Ability to speak clearly with various stakeholders, senior management and technical experts
- Good teamwork skills and ability to keep an overview even in hectic situations
- Very good knowledge of German and advanced English; other foreign languages are an advantage

The Reporting & Improvement team ensures application management for the central Configuration Management Database (CMDB) tool, test management, reporting and IT service management within the Operation Control Center. The careful maintenance of our data in the CMDB and the ongoing development of our workflows are of central importance for our efficiency and performance. We focus on a continuous improvement process, which is why we are always open to CIP ideas. In this way, we ensure that our processes are always optimized and adapted to our requirements. Our main task in service level management is to monitor and identify deviations from agreed service levels for both internal IT services and external suppliers. We review performance metrics, identify problems and work to meet standards. Our reporting helps to achieve improvements and ensure customer satisfaction.
