Product Manager-Industrial/OT Cyber Security (m/w/d)

Leads internal and external teams of consulting unit, enables business value, provides strategic guidance and technical expertise, allocates specialists.

• Develop and implement a comprehensive OT security strategy
• Define and Execute product roadmap and OT Security Solutions
• Oversee risk assessments and vulnerability scans of OT systems
• Oversee Implementation of security controls and hardening measures
• Respond to security incidents and breaches affecting OT systems
• Collaborate with IT security teams to integrate OT and IT security
• Stay up-to-date on emerging OT security threats and vulnerabilities

• Bachelor’s/master’s in engineering, Computer Science, or OT-related field.- Master’s is an advantage
• 5+ years in cybersecurity or OT roles, 3+ years in leadership is preferred
• Following certificates are preferred; GICSP, ISA/IEC 62443 certifications, PMP or Agile certifications, Cloud or IoT certifications
• English is a Must, German and French are a plus
• Deep understanding of OT security concepts and standards (e.g.,
• NIST SP 800-82)
• Knowledge of industrial protocols and systems
• Experience with OT security tools and technologies
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Readiness for global travel
