YOUR CAPCO DAY

• Partner with clients to assess, design, and implement data governance frameworks that align with organizational objectives.
• Lead workshops and discussions to define data policies, ownership roles, and governance processes across business and IT functions.
• Collaborate with teams to implement data governance tools, such as Collibra, and ensure seamless adoption within the enterprise.
• Analyze client data challenges, develop tailored solutions, and provide strategic guidance to optimize data governance maturity.
• Deliver training sessions, documentation, and best practices to enable sustainable governance operations.

YOUR CAPCO FIT

• Strong experience in data governance consulting, including hands-on experience with governance tools like Collibra.
• Deep knowledge of data governance frameworks, data quality management, and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Consulting attitude with the ability to see the big picture, balance strategic and operational priorities, and influence stakeholders.
• Highly adaptable and comfortable navigating complex, fast-paced environments with diverse challenges.
• Excellent problem-solving and facilitation skills, with the ability to build trust and consensus across teams.
• Proficiency in English is mandatory; German language skills are a valuable plus for working effectively in international and regional contexts.
