About the Role

We are seeking a Data Analytics Intern with a passion for engineering and continuous improvement. This role combines data analysis, digital tools, and CI (Continuous Improvement) methodologies to drive impactful results and empower teams to excel in their daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform analyses to identify and eliminate losses using tools like Power BI.

• Design and deploy small-scale digital solutions (e.g., PowerApps, Power Automate)

• User Training on developed solutions.

• Assist in rolling out smart user devices across departments.

• Track progress on various Digital Plant Initiatives.

• Help teams collect data or extract it from the system to support CI activities and the DMS

• Facilitate root-cause analyses to address identified losses and close departmental KPI gaps.

• Establish and sustain new work standards resulting from CI activities.

What You Will Bring:

• Passion for data analytics, engineering, and continuous improvement.

• Hands-on experience with digital tools such as Power BI, PowerApps, Power Automate, and Excel.

• Strong facilitation and communication skills to engage teams and support CI discussions.

• Experience with CI methodologies and tools (e.g., lean, TPM) in a factory or operations environment is a plus.

• Logical and structured thinking to extract insights from data and drive improvements.

• Strong soft skills and ability to excite others about new technology solutions.

• Organized and disciplined approach to support DMS processes and training initiatives.

Requirements:

• Fluent in spoken and written English.

• German A2or higher level.

• Bachelor’s degree or final-year studies in Engineering (Manufacturing, Industrial),Data Analytics, Computer Science, STEM fields, or related disciplines. Candidates from other fields with a strong passion for data analytics & CI are also encouraged to apply.

• CI and high-performance work systems experience is a bonus.

• Start Date: January/February 2025

• Duration: 12 months; flexibility for 9 months

• Hybrid model of work
