your challenge

  • In your management role, you will have organizational, disciplinary and technical responsibility for the Business Intelligence & Transformation Support department and its further development
  • In close cooperation with the BI department, you provide analyses and models for business data as well as ad hoc reports to support management and specialist departments in data-based decision-making
  • You drive cross-departmental, strategic transformation projects and initiatives that further sharpen the bank's value proposition
  • In order to achieve the overarching goals, you actively assume the interface function between the various specialist departments of the Strategic Transformation division
  • You will also support the department head in the operational control and further development of management, finance and personnel processes

your profile

  • Completed studies in economics, business informatics or a related discipline, ideally with an MBA or comparable qualification
  • 4 to 6 years of professional experience in strategy/management consulting or in the strategy department of a financial institution as well as experience in the analysis and interpretation of financial data and in reporting for executives
  • Strong initiative, strategic thinking and action as well as the ability to approach complex problems in a structured manner, carry out quantitative analyses and develop conceptually well thought-out solutions
  • Experienced in communication and presentation at operational and management level as well as in stakeholder management and in dealing with top management and external partners
  • High resilience and the ability to work efficiently in a dynamic environment and under pressure, while always keeping an eye on the bigger picture
  • Affinity for new technologies in banking and knowledge of the application of BI tools (e.g. Power BI, SQL, Data Warehousing) is an advantage
  • Fluent in German and English
