Job Description

We are looking for a part-time (50%) Data Analyst to strengthen our Data & BI team. The ideal candidate has strong expertise in data manipulation, analysis and visualization, and is particularly proficient in SQL, PowerBI, Qlik, and Datachain. You will play a key role in optimizing and exploiting our database and producing reports that enable informed decision-making.
Main responsibilities:
  • Data analysis and processing:
  • Collect, clean, structure and analyze data from different sources.
  • Manipulate SQL databases to extract relevant information.
  • Apply data analysis techniques to identify trends, anomalies, and optimization opportunities.
  • Reporting and visualization:
  • Design and maintain interactive and dynamic reports on PowerBI and Qlik for different departments.
  • Work collaboratively with stakeholders to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and integrate them into dashboards.
  • Use Datachain to automate data flows and optimize report accessibility and timeliness.
  • Optimization and automation:
  • Improve data integration, processing, and reporting processes by implementing automations with Datachain.
  • Ensure data quality by performing regular checks, identifying potential errors, and proposing solutions.
  • Collaboration et support :
  • Work closely with business teams to understand their data needs and adjust analyses and visualizations accordingly.
  • Train and support users in the interpretation and use of the reports and dashboards made available to them.
Candidate profile:
Profile sought:
  • Education: Degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Data Analysis, Business Intelligence, or related field.
  • Experience: At least 2-3 years of experience as a Data Analyst or similar role, with demonstrated experience in SQL, PowerBI, Qlik and Datachain tools.
  • Technical skills:
  • Excellent command of SQL for data management and extraction.
  • Expertise in PowerBI and Qlik for data visualization and interactivity.
  • In-depth knowledge of Datachain for automation and optimization of data flows.
  • General skills: Analytical skills, precision, autonomy, and sense of initiative.
