Tasks

• Analytical and coordinative collaboration in an agile project team with the aim of anchoring data-based and customer-benefit-oriented optimization of promotions in the business processes
• Survey of the needs of category management in promotion planning and evaluation
• Conceptual work of an analytical promotion tool
• Updating, further developing and sustainably anchoring data models and databases in the Coop systems; the focus is on the data processing process for deriving the Coop sales outlet clusters
• Collaboration on strategic projects of the Marketing/Procurement Department
• Ad-hoc evaluations/analyses for Coop Category Management

Requirements

• Completed studies (university), ideally with a focus on data analysis
• Strong analytical mindset and affinity for data
• Team-oriented and resilient personality with independent and structured working style
• Very good MS Office knowledge (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Experience with SAP and especially with data analysis applications is an advantage (e.g. R, IBM SPSS Statistics / Modeler, Alteryx, SAS Enterprise Guide, KNIME, SAP Data Intelligence, SAP Datasphere etc.)
• Fluent written and spoken German and good English skills, French is an advantage
• Professional experience in category management is an advantage
