Switzerland Tourism is responsible for the national and international promotion of Switzerland as a holiday, travel and conference destination. The "Business Intelligence" team forms the backbone for data-based decisions at Switzerland Tourism (ST) and for the Swiss tourism industry. The four-person team within the "Digital Management" department conducts its own empirical research on the one hand, and uses external data sources on the other with the aim of supporting the specialist departments and markets in strategic issues with facts and insights. As part of a replacement recruitment, this motivated team is looking for a committed personality with extensive market research knowledge.

your area of ​​responsibility
  • Independent implementation of market research projects from conception to presentation of results for all company divisions
  • Data and result preparation for management, internal departments and tourism partners on market research topics of all kinds

  • Responsibility for evaluation and satisfaction measurements (B2B, B2C)
  • Collaboration on the largest national guest survey "Tourism Monitor Switzerland", in particular in monitoring field work, as well as other business intelligence projects
Our requirements

  • Sound knowledge and practical experience in empirical market or social research as well as statistical data analysis
  • Work experience in a market research agency desirable
